Started up by volunteers in 2014, Ocado employees wanted to support teachers after Computing was introduced into the UK National curriculum. Teachers were expected to teach computing without any background in computing - and still are. Especially at Primary level. We want to give back to the community and support teachers as much as we can in order to help shape future engineers and encourage more girls into technology.
